Full Moon in Pisces
`HÃ lo a'graidh! Ciamar a tha sibh an-diugh?
So, How's your Saturday so far? Everything okay? Well, tonight we're being graced with the marvellous September's full moon in Pisces, I have been off for some time, too much work and things going on here but today is a special day. Water signs tend to be quite interesting phenomena once water is the place where the energy of the moon is combined with these signs of residence. It means that emotions will be set to place this coming day, we might have been feeling quite inspired and at the same time with no guts to do anything at all. This is generally a trait of Pisces, piscians tend to be quite creative and inspirational but sometimes they just don't feel like doing anything.
Today I'd strongly recommend you to sit down and meditate a bit, share your love with other people, after all Pisces is the sign of compassion and ultimate love. The Sun is still in Virgo and the moon being opposite to the Sun might bring challenges to our "self". It is time to start again, Spring is coming in the Southern Hemisphere and Autumn is ahead too in Northern. Changing times and changing energies, on one side of the planet things start to "fade away" while here in the South things start sprouting out life once again, winter is over, even so we kind of didn't have a cold winter - due to global warming, no doubt - but it was a blessed winter, nonetheless.
So let's understand what Full Moon in Pisces represents for us tonight, let's divide it all by parts:
- Full: The complexion and wholeness of the being, the full light shed upon us all, the moon is reflecting all the light of the Sun to us and sharing its energy to create life and to bring the sacred into our lives. Full is also the symbol of a later pregnancy, the moon is ready to give birth, the oceans will fill in with life as the tides draw life along the waves. The seeds will germinate and the berries will ripen and the flowers will bloom. The mother is giving birth to the light of the sun, the son/daughter is fertility.
- Moon: It is the "planet" of emotions, the mother, the maiden. She takes care of us and intercedes towards us when maladies come. She nourishes us and brings us comfort when life tastes most bitter. She rules our mind and our bellies, the womb and the spiritual connection through pure and utmost love for all that lives and dies.
- In Pisces: It's the sign of utmost sacrifice and spiritual achievement, this sign is not really concerned with the material but the spirit. The Symbol of Pisces is two fish, one going up and one down. That is the conundrum a Piscian has to face during his/her life: the deep dark murky waters of sorrow for all things that suffer or the enlightenment of helping others and making the world a better place by one's good deeds and doings. Light and darkness reside in all signs and so does Pisces.
